Return & Refund Policy

• Hygiene Policy: Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return / No Refund policy for items that have been opened or used. Any item designed for intimate body contact is non-returnable once it leaves our warehouse to protect the health and safety of our customers.
• Return Window: We accept returns for damaged products in their original packaging within 2 days of delivery.
• Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you are eligible for a free replacement or full refund. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with videos of the defect. Product unboxing video is required in refund and replacement of damaged product.
